Fixing your missing notes

If your notes are missing after an update, it’s because you were signed out of your MyScript account. Just sign back in, and your content will reappear in MyScript Notes.

If this happens, do not uninstall, reinstall, or reset the app, as this will permanently delete all your content stored on the device.

If you still can't see your notes in MyScript Notes after signing back in, please contact the MyScript support team.

MyScript cannot access your notes and does not store copies of them on our servers. To protect your data, we recommend regularly backing up your MyScript Notes’ content.
