If you’ve already purchased or subscribed to MyScript Notes and need to restore it on a new device, we’ve got you covered with step-by-step instructions.

Restoring your purchase

If you need to restore a previous purchase, simply follow these steps:

Download MyScript Math from the Play Store.
Sign in with the Google ID you used to make the original purchase.
Open MyScript Notes.
Sign in to your MyScript and cloud accounts to restore your library.

Requesting a refund

MyScript, the company behind MyScript Notes, does not handle transactions or have access to your payment details, such as credit card information or store ID.

Refunds are managed exclusively by the app store where you purchased the app, as they are the only ones with access to your personal data. To request a refund, you’ll need to contact your app store directly. Refund policies vary by store, so check their guidelines below for more details on how to proceed.
