Purchasing the full version

MyScript Notes is available as a free download, giving you a chance to explore its core features and see how it fits into your workflow. By upgrading to the full version, you unlock a range of powerful functionalities, including unlimited notebooks, cloud synchronization, and advanced AI-powered capabilities, all designed to elevate your note-taking experience.

To purchase the full version of MyScript Notes, follow these steps:

  1. Download MyScript Notes from your device’s app store.
  2. Launch the app.
  3. Tap Upgrade at the top of the screen.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your purchase through the app store.

Restoring your purchase

If you need to restore a previous purchase, simply follow these steps:

  1. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.
  2. Download MyScript Notes from the App Store.
  3. Open MyScript Notes, complete the setup, and create a note.
  4. Open the Notes side panel and tap Upgrade MyScript Notes, then Restore purchase.
  5. Sign in to your MyScript and cloud accounts to restore your library.
  1. Restart your device and open the Play Store.
  2. Clear Play Store data:
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage & Cache, and clear both.
  3. Log in to your MyScript account in MyScript Notes’ settings under Account.
  4. Reinstall MyScript Notes from your Android library if using the same device.
  5. For new devices, contact our support team with the G.P.A. number from your purchase invoice.
