Creating and managing your math notes

The main view of MyScript Math displays all your math notes as thumbnails, making it easy to create and organize your work effortlessly.

Create a math note

Upon launching the app for the first time, the main view pops up as the default screen.

To start a new math note, simply tap the + icon. The note will open instantly, ready for you to begin.

To go to the main view from an open math note, simply tap the left arrow in the top-left corner.

Rename your math note

By default, your math note is titled Untitled. To rename it from within the note, tap the pen icon next to the title, enter a new name, and tap Save.

By default, your math note is titled No name. To rename it from within the note, tap the note name in the top-left corner, then tap Rename.

Manage your math notes

To rename a note from the main view, tap on its current name and enter the new one.

To access more options, long press on a math note’s thumbnail, then tap the vertical ellipsis in the top-right corner:

  • Tap Delete to remove your math note permanently.
  • Use Select all or Deselect all to manage multiple notes at once.

Your notes are automatically sorted by the date they were last modified, with the most recent ones appearing first.

From the main view, you have options to select, rename, duplicate, export, or delete a note. To do this, long press your note thumbnail and choose what you need.
